"Subway Riders, New York City"

For years Nishan has enjoyed sketching subway riders, who are like a cast of actors on a stage that change with every station stop. In his studio he interprets these pencil sketches into finished drawings that, through mixed media, celebrate the individuality of each rider, while creating a rhythm that unifies the composition.
